"Fantastic location right on the sea front. 4th floor so views over the coastline were great. Apartment is big with all amenities you could wish for. It was blisteringly hot when we were there but air con worked perfectly. It’s a real gem of a place, trams are right next to it and a short ride to the train station at the airport for journeys to Monaco, Cannes, Eze etc."

"The only downside is the traffic right outside is never ending even at night. Be prepared for boy racers in cars and motorcycles with ear bleedingly loud exhausts to race from one set of lights to the next. This goes on throughout the night but less frequently after 2am. If you want a silent peaceful night then you need to look elsewhere."

"We arrived very early before the check-in but we were welcomed by Naji and could get in the apartment which was more than great. We also had an ice cream as a goody …which was soooo nice after a hot day outside 🍦 The apartment is on the 4th floor with amazing view from the terrace, the apartment is big enough for 4 people, the building is nice and safety. The apartment is very close to tram and bus stations, on a 30 min walking distance along the Promenade to the old town - location is top. You have to pay 250€ cash as deposit which is written in the description and we received it punctually on the day of our departure. The communication with the host was easy. M. Naji was very kind, friendly, supportive and always responsive. Thank you!"

"The apartment is on the Main road, so the sound proofing is not good and at night you can hear the street noise. Unfortunately there is no Internet in the apartment which we didn’t notice in the description when we booked - this is really no-go especially nowadays (that’s why I take 1 star from the rating) The overall apartment was clean and well prepared but there are a lot of personal staff left in the drawers or on the cabinets, there was even hairbrush with hairs and hair dye in one of them, keys and a lot of old things in a plate, papers, and one full with bunch of things, roses in a vase which were dying - maybe someone lived there for long just a few days before. The pillows were a bit smelly but all linen and towels were clean. There are bathroom supplies but unfortunate for us the shower gel was empty and we didn’t get a new one"
